CSR2 Legendary Tag In Live Races – What’s It?

You might have come across several rivals in your Live Race Lobby that have this “Legendary” tag next to their name.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about, this is what I mean:

There are a lot of different opinions around this and also the official support explanation is not really pointy on this: “If you’re doing well in a crew that’s doing well, you’ll get the Legendary status”… well, thanks for nothing support.

So, many people discussed this and you will find a lot of different opinions on that – some say it’s only for players that have a win streak, other say you need to be in a Top 40,100,1000 or whatever crew and even there are people claiming you only need to be in the top 5 of your internal crew RP rankings during one season to get it.

So, the important things here are two for me:

1. What is needed to be a Legendary racer
2. What can you learn from this tag (like, do you need to avoid those players in Live Races?)

Let’s settle this down for now.

How To Get The Legendary Badge

The answer now is pretty simple and we can actually match it with the official support note:

You need to be in a crew that won the Crew Milestones Car in the previous season and you also need to have earned at least 1 RP towards that, that’s it 🙂

So this Legendary badge doesn’t tell anything about the person other than the fact that this person is in an active crew that was able to get the highest Crew Milestone reward unlocked and that this person did at least one race in the previous season.

The Legendary status is not even connected to the car you see in the Live Racing Lobby so you can simply ignore it when choosing an opponent and rather take other things into mind when you want to win the Live Race 🙂

You’ll Never See It On Yourself

One thing that you also need to know is that you will never see the tag on yourself at any point in the game, the only way to find out if you have the Legendary Tag is when someone else you know sees you in the Live Racing Lobby and tells you whether you have the tag or not 😉
