Perfect Start (release just before the countdown ends) and immediately get into 2nd gear to avoid that wheelspin. Now directly go into 3rd and 4th gear at around 4,000-6,000 RPM as well with very early shifts. Use NOS in 4th gear and continue with deep good shifts

Stage 6 Engine 0.255s
Stage 6 Turbo 0.185s
Stage 6 Intake 0.160s
Stage 6 NOS 0.255s
Stage 6 Body 0.525s
Stage 6 Tires 0.245s
Stage 6 Transmission 0.450s

To run a time of 10.906s with the Ferrari Portofino, you will need to have all Stage 5 upgrades installed and all fusion slots filled. Please mind that having less fusion parts can make your car a little slower for each missing fusion part.

A fully maxed Ferrari Portofino can get you 8.592s

As you can see above, installing the Stage 6 body will give you the biggest time boost on the dyno while Stage 6 turbo and intake has the lowest impact on your final time.
